Born in Jersey, I always had a desire to travel to other places, experience different cultures, and meet new people. New Jersey always has a bad rep but there happens to be beautiful parks, waterfalls, nature and not to mention some of the greatest views of the NYC skyline. When I went to college, I had an experience that would change everything, I was able to do a summer abroad at Cambridge University in England. Being a diverse college, I was able to meet so many people from different backgrounds, and learn about they’re travels and experiences which in turn inspired my inner travel bug.
From there I went onto to do a volunteer program in Naples Italy, then travel Europe, some of Asia, America, and eventually moving onto Australia, then to Canada. Although traveling has stalled a bit this won’t stop me from camping and being smart about exploring in 2020.
Through life experiences, and picking up all my stuff and moving onto new countries with not too much money in my pocket, I can give you pointers on what to avoid and great ways to ensure a smooth move. I have camped, sailed, roadtriped, bussed, around the world, mostly by myself, and now my journeys continue with my amazing partner.
P.S: Some of my best experiences traveling, was when I spent no money at all, just exploring.
